Please note that exchange and return are not available for most of our products. Due to the delicate nature of our packaging materials, returned items often arrive damaged or unusable because of mishandling during shipping. 

We kindly ask our customers to carefully measure the dimensions of their products before placing an order, to ensure the chosen packaging fits perfectly. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help guide you in choosing the right sizes. 

In special cases, if a return is necessary, customers may personally return the items to our location to ensure the products remain in good condition and eligible for review.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نود إعلامكم أن الاستبدال والاسترجاع غير متاحين لمعظم منتجاتنا، وذلك بسبب حساسية مواد التغليف التي نقدمها، حيث تصل المنتجات المُسترجعة في حالة سيئة بسبب التعامل غير المناسب من قبل شركات الشحن. 

نرجو من عملائنا التأكد من قياس أبعاد منتجاتهم بدقة قبل تقديم الطلب، لضمان أن العبوات المختارة مناسبة تماماً. وإذا كان لديكم أي استفسار، يسعدنا مساعدتكم في اختيار الحجم المناسب. 

في حالات استثنائية، يمكن للعميل بعد التواصل معنا ان ياتي لمقرنا لاستبدال المقاس، لضمان ان المنتجات التي يتم استبدالها بنفس الحالة التي تم ارسالها وصالحة للاستخدام .
